I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Verizon has been beyond unacceptable. I opened a new line on October 19, paid my sales tax, and was told I’d have my phone by October 30. That date came and went — no phone, no email, no update. I waited patiently, thinking maybe it was just a small delay. When I finally called, I was told my phone would ship on October 31.
