The store manager and assistant manager helped me transfer 4 lines from T mobile under the promotion of $1000 device credit for IPhone 16pro for Ultimate Welcome in 2025. The credit was supposed to be $27.77 per month per line for 36 months. Somehow it ended up being two parts ($16.66 and $7.77) for each line. I accepted the discrepancy since did not want to waste time. Starting from this year, the part of $7.77 was removed.
