Probably the worst customer service. I went in and had a few questions about getting a new line and the girl was leaning against the wall picking the dirt under her fingernails while I was asking questions. Couldn’t even answer my basic questions
Today I visited this location after purchasing two phones, needing assistance with account setup and closing a line. I was greeted at the door, only to be told they don’t handle those issues. If not that, then what do they handle? I stayed in hopes of resolving at least one issue, but the situation only got worse. Horrible service, bad communication, very slow. It’s a Monday around noon and they got me waiting for more than an hr with little to no updates. This location needs an audit ASAP.
This store always has my back and is always helpful. Shout out to NELLY, true superstar who can do anything no matter how complicated. Great management too who checks in with everyone and makes sure everything is going well!
VERY disappointing experience at this Verizon location. Came in to replace my phone after it was stolen at ACL. Staff initially seemed helpful and sold me an iPhone 17 Pro since the 17 Pro Max was backordered. They told me they couldn’t order the Pro Max while I still had the 17 Pro — meaning I’d have to return it and be without a phone until the new one arrived.
