I purchased my new iPhone at Verizon, good experience and Service. I returned to turn in my old phone, being old I needed to use the restroom, but was denied. I had to hurry out and return home. Return later in the week two turn in my old phone. Not a particularly good experience. Otherwise overall a relatively good experience for start. This is the best dictation to typing I have ever seen for start equals4stars
Brian did not complete my port and rushed me out. I returned the next day and was treated like I was a bother. It went smooth but the attitude was very noticeable that they would rather avoid me to attend someone willing to spend more money than to help me with an issue of the previous day since I wasn’t spending money. I felt rushed out twice and not all my concerns were resolved. I decided to leave and go another day to a closer Verizon. I happened to be at this location shopping which now became inconvenient.
Be careful when you go to the store and allow them to access your account. They will add device protection for no reason and they try to steal your money.
