I walked in the store to get a screen cover replacement. There was a black guy working there who was very rude and refused to help anyone. I had to wait for another employee to help me after he was done while the guy just sat there. I don’t get his name but I won’t be back.
I came in to upgrade my old phone as it was having issues. The sales guy basically forced me into this deal where I get another line with my old phone to get a new phone as it was supposed to make my bill lower overall. I told the associate multiple times that I did not want to do that. They wouldn’t even give me a price of what my bill would be without the extra line. They just kept repeating “Why? I walked into the Verizon store expecting a long wait and a complicated process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient everything was. When I arrived, Luis was attentive and welcoming. The manager Cris took over my issue and offered a better solution than I expected for my business account. I left the store completely satisfied and impressed by the level of service.
Staff is really welcoming here! The person who helped me pick up my online order was new, but super friendly and helpful despite being new. Great experience for my sons first phone pick up!
