Went to Verizon today was an amazing experience got in home WiFi and was able to hook it up the same day to my house also worked with Giselle at the South Park meadows location and she was such a great employee to work with she made sure everything was understandable (like terms and agreements) and all my questions were answered thoroughly filling in all the blanks in the back of my mind , so glad I came in today and am excited to be a new member here at Verizon
Signed up as a new customer for 4 new phones on 5G and received 4G service. Been calling them for 2 weeks straight and no resolution. Also tried to charge me for various services without my approval: Verizon Cloud, Verizon Caller ID Premium, Verizon Protect, Verizon Visual Voicemail Premium, all not requested and not approved. This company is scamming people. Stick to T-Mobile if you have it already.
