Everything I asked help for is something they couldn’t help with, either because another store did something or what not, not sure why this store exist if they can’t help, not to mention rude attitude.
I’ve been a Verizon customer for about three years and recently brought my girlfriend and her mom in to switch over. We had a ton of questions about plans, perks, and upgrading to new phones, and Nick was incredibly patient and helpful through the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood each step, and got all our new phones set up and running perfectly in no time. I came in to get an upgrade on my phone and was greeted immediately by someone . There was barely no wait and everyone working there was friendly and helpful . Before I left Cris came and checked on me and also he made sure the phone was working before I left . He also asked if I was satisfied with everything . I was very satisfied with the customer service and now I see why this Verizon was recommended to me .
They don’t even have an iPhone charging cable in stock . What’s the point of stores like this anyway?
