Don't use this brand if you can't help it...terrible customer service, good luck speaking with someone and if you do be prepared for the language barrier. Closed this account a year ago to get a creditor start harrasing me bc verison messed up now my credit is taking a hit an the people over seas can't even find my info. Complete joke and going into the store they will just refer you too customer service 1800 #.....avoid this brand at all cost definitely life lesson with this one.

Very nice people but don’t buy anything via delivery. I ordered iPad Air with Celluar at this store but it should be delivered to my house via FedEx, I was told. It doesn’t make a sense. What I was not told was the necessity of my signature for FedEx to release my iPad. I missed deliveries twice. Facing the third, I stopped by this store to resolve the delivery-signature fiasco. I was told that I could reorder the same after canceling the current order when it is returned to the (Verizon) warehouse. No idea how long it will ... read more
