The service is fast, but the staff could be more friendly and patient. Instead of pushing us towards a more expensive plan, they should have been more accommodating if we had already decided on a specific plan. When we asked about the affordable plan, the salesperson instead asked us to Google it online, which should have been his responsibility to provide the information.

I had to drive to this store, after 36 hours No at best spotty home 5 G internet not working (unit is 3 months old). My cell is home is at best 1 bar and drops all calls every 5 mins. VERIZON store, customer service and the store, said “upgrade and pay more”. I live 1.1 miles from here on the same street. I have to come to this store for a salesman not even explain why I haven’t had cell or home internet (every month for 3 months for 3 days at a time). This is a terrible company and service.
