Horrible customer service and discriminatory. They let someone who "was in the store earlier today" cut the line in front of me and made me wait longer. What? Then, they asked me for my ID when I was trading in my iPhone - very normal. I show them my passport (I am not a U.S. citizen) and they ask me for my U.S. visa?! Get out of here with that! pure discrimination. Would give 0 starts if I could
I had a great experience with Colton from Verizon. I initially called to check if they had Meta glasses in stock, and unfortunately they didn’t. However, Colton went above and beyond by checking other locations and letting me know which stores might have them available. Even though none of the nearby stores had them either, he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. In person customer service was great. We worked with Dante and Anissa. They signed us up for a plan at a fantastic price. However, we received a bill along with a projected bill a few days later and had questions. They assured us they would answer any questions regarding our first bill that we may have.
