TL;DR: Don’t waste your time, they don’t know anything in store. Friendly greeting from staff and then…nothing. It’s like no one works here. Several people running between back and front of the store, but never available on the floor. They also couldn’t help with a (simple) issue and referred us to the support line…which was only available during business hours. What’s the point of a physical location?
I switched carriers coming to Verizon wireless for both mobile and home wireless internet. I am very glad that I did. The sales people at this store treated very well and I recommend that anyone that wants to switch to Verizon or any other come this store!
We had an excellent experience at this Verizon store! Joseph C. was extremely helpful and answered all our questions! He was also very efficient and funny and made for a very positive experience! Thank you very much :)
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my frustration with one employee in particular: Chris. He was apathetic and dismissive. He was ZERO help to me. He had me call Verizon as I was IN STORE so that the customer service on the phone could tell me information he should've told me. Not to mention his attitude... worst Verizon experience I've had by far.
I gave this place only two start bc when I came through the door they greeted me and the other star was for the clean store.
