They treat us veterans like crap. I share my experience every week at the VA hospital.went in with phone issues and couldn't deal with the crowds due to my service connected issues. My wife went in and told them we avoid the store because of the way they treat people after the contract is signed. The customer service rep said you don't have to come in. So I just dealt with waiting an hour to be seen (yet again) in the artificial-stinky, loud, obnoxious, migraine-inducing portal of hell known as the Eureka Verizon store. Apparently, I need to make an appointment in order to get help with my phone in under an hour (which should mean there's a waiting room where one can read, but nope!). People, this is a cell phone store (if a ridiculously overpriced one), not my surgeon, lawyer, or the Library of !#@&!@% Congress. I went in there last week and switched to a Note 4. I was never asked if I wanted insurance on my phone (which was added) and I was told that if I use the edge deal and have 6gb of data on my phone I'd get a $25 rebate each month for 24 months making my Note 4 only $4 extra a month. Well, as I call tonight to find out why my bill is $277, I am informed that I only get a $15 discount and that I have $11 a month insurance charge on top of an $87 dollar tax charge.
