Website doesn't work even when logged in. When you want to check something or simply pay bill, the website displays a message saying "You are not authorized to perform this action." There's no one to help.
I have been phoning this store for 2 weeks.....everyday...and NO PERSON has ever picked up the phone....I have been kept on hold for up to a half hour, and I just give up. I am a new customer, so I need to get a plan for my iphone....but now I will just go to AT%T.....this has to be the worst customer service business I have ever encountered. Covid or not...the how must go on, and our phones are important devices.
When are you gonna hire more employees so it's not a 30 min wait all the time? I came in during non peak hours and its still a 30 min wait. all to simply exchange a broken charger. this is a huge waste of time.

They were real good...Russell helped me to get my hands free to work again..
They were nice and we got a REALLY nice and cool and cute assistant named Sara that helped me get a phone and also knew a few stuff about cars too so she was overall very friendly and appealing to be around and talk to.
long wait and no bathroom?... please build one for your customers, it will be so appreciated by all the mamas and elders.
