Hey who likes going to the Doctor? Nobody right? Well when we get older we all have to go a lot more often than we like. Thankfully I found a doctor's office is absolutely awesome. The doctor's great but what makes going here so enjoyable is the girls that work there. Going to see them is like going to see your best friends. They talk to you like you're family and they genuinely care how you're doing. They're fun to be around. I tell them every time I go that I pray they don't go anywhere. I am a former newspaper, photographer, and relocated to Lakeland. I was looking for a new primary ..this office is dirty the staff make the patient’s wait for an extreme amount of time while gathering in the back office laughing & joking, and not to be mean however, some of the staff needed to take a look in the mirror, and maybe take a bath the doctor wanted to prescribe pills and I am not interested in taking pills he has a tendency to smirk at you as well .. The entire staff and Dr. Merges are always incredibly friendly and helpful. They will go the extra mile to assist with any concern, big or small. Dr. Merges is skilled, efficient, and kind, and the staff in this office is one of the best medical teams I have known. Everyone here will listen to my needs and treat them effectively every time. I’m happy to be a patient here and will recommend highly.
