I'm an attorney and I obtained an appraisal through Dade Appraisals for use in a divorce case in another state. Typically, it takes many weeks, if not months, to obtain an appraisal with a report. Dade Appraisals got mine done in just a couple of weeks. The report was thorough and well-researched and the valuation was accurate. Everyone I worked with at Dade Appraisals was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. If I am ever in need of an appraiser in this area of Florida again, I will definitely call Dade Appraisals.

Andrew Kadushin from Dade Appraisals was amazing. I enlisted their services to provide an updated floor plan showcasing the actual square footage of a property I was listing. I called one morning to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. Andrew was professional and very knowledgeable. He provided the report within 24 business hours. Will definitely use their services again.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I reached out to Dade Appraisals in a short notice and emergency situation, and Deiky took on the project, solved the problem and was fair with his price. Others had given me the run around on my particular situation and they without hesitation spearheaded it. I highly recommend these folks, true master of their craft.
