I went to the soft opening last weekend of Verge and the food was amazing! The popovers came in a brown paper bag and were to die for! My salad and main course -a new take on a mushroom lasagne in a puff pastry with a smashed pea sauce -were delicious and the mango sorbet dessert bursted with flavor. Even my alcoholic drink "purple lady" was great!
