The manager is an arrogant buffoon. The chef is truly great and my rating is in no way a reflection of his mastery of his culinary expertise ! to bad the manager ruined my experience.
We had dinner & brunch - we were blown away! The food selection was very interesting & absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding! Dinner highlights included the starter Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Deviled egg, the pan-seared hanger steak entree (the yummiest sauce & delicious kale side), & the mango sorbet tapioca dessert (we couldn't stop saying "OMG" while we were eating it). The food was really good but when the server forgets 3 appetizers and 5 of 13 meals, it's extremely disappointing. The arrogance of the food and beverage manager resulted in the poor rating. Too many other good places to eat in LG.
