I have been a tenant for 1 year i love the area and great amenities close to everything .. Jose and his staff are always helpful when it comes to maintenance problems are solved within a. 24 hour period. Very dog friendly here! And i never felt unsafe as a single parent ..thank you Jose for making this living experience here at Verde comfortable! And thanks for the cinco de mayo potluck!
This apartment is awesome. They go all out for the events and it's so much fun meeting all the residents
I just wanted to alert the Verde community about suspicious people walking through the parking lot and complex. My guest was here overnight and in the morning we discovered her car was broken into. She had two expensive items stolen from her car, and we discovered her suitcase close to my apartment (wide open with her clothes scattered under a bush all torn out of the suitcase). Please watch for people going from car-to-car, if not, apartment to apartment.

Poor costumer service, regular water cuts, high noise levels inside the apartment due badly installed a/c units in the attic. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
