Terrible management. Parking is a nightmare. Dog park is full of poop. Cops are here multiple times a week.
Trying to rent an apartment in the area. Have contacted them through online application, text message, Facebook messenger, tried calling office and....... NOTHING. Not a good sign.
the only people who can afford a $4000+/mo apartment in Fairfield are rich foreigners who need a home base while looking to become slumlords and evicting longtime residents
Not all that glitters is gold. I thought that by upgrading to this complex apartment living would be better. It has turned out to be quite the opposite. There's been too many changes of hands in management to ever care about tenants who pay their rent on time without causing disturbances. It's all about the money, which I'll get to. Beautiful apartments; however, ever since the brush was cleared in the field HUGE mouse problem!!! They are not proactive at solving the issue!!! Makes these luxury apartments TRASH!!!
Me and my boyfriend are moving in on 3/23/17 and we are absolutely thrilled!! Verdant is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes I have ever seen. The amenities are amazing and the staff is a joy to work. IM SO EXCITED!!
I love everything about this place! The Staff is very informative and helpful and address minor issues promptly! I feel like I'm living in a mini house very spacious and the plenty of cabinets and closets!!
they do not treat all tenants the same. instead of being responsible they are suppressing negative online reviews which are one of the ways tenants can publicly self advocate.
really disappointed by how this complex treats its residents and the very clear issues they're facing.
