The Celebration of Life for our amazing mother was absolutely beautiful. Dave Franklin and staff at Vera Mae’s were so helpful, caring and gracious. Many people were able to join us. My brothers and I talked with, cried with, laughed with all who were there. This was a beautiful send off of her beautiful soul. We love this restaurant! The atmosphere is perfect, the food is delicious, the service is impeccable and the owners are attentive and welcoming.
What a great place, enjoyed a summer night ride with an awesome final destination--spinach wonton's, key lime martini, eating outside, the list goes on....Vera Mae's is the best!

Strong French Quarter vibe, including a very inviting ambiance. Well balanced menu featuring NY strip, duck, chicken dishes and a few surprises I shall leave for the readers. Full bar provides the final touch. Anxious to go again!

We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary this past Wednesday. Steve, Ken & the entire staff were amazing. Cocktails were wonderful. Love that bourbon! The wine, appetizers, entrees & desert were delicious as always. Thank you for being Vera Mae's!
