I just happened to call to book an appointment on a day that they were having their ‘open house’. The girl on the phone told me to call back the following day because they were too busy to take my call or my appointment.... as a mother of a young child who works full time sorry that my phone call kept you from paying attention to those in front of you (which was exactly what the girl said to me in the phone!) But last time I checked I was a customer as well and deserved respect. Clearly they didn’t care about my business....
