The place is very clean and nice but I had a gf certificate and wanted a mani and pedi the tech who did me on my pedi twice I went back after a few days polish chipped off and came off I got a mani and each of my fingers she nicked with a mai file and my skin was open and bleeding as a nurse I am very aware this is asking for An infection any open areas on your skin . What a rip-off bought my gf a 7 1/2 hour day spa as a Xmas present, the lady on the phone Says oh no certificate needed just tell her to come in anytime and she can have her day. Well it took until May 25 for her to get an appointment to go in. She goes in and wasn’t given what was paid for, no hot tub they wanted to do a paraffin hand and foot dip in place. I know that things come up/happen, but I have been cancelled on more times than I can even keep track at this point. And Venus Day Spa is rarely willing to compensate for inconvenience. Poor customer service. I plan to use the current gift cards that I have already purchased (if appointments can be kept) and go elsewhere for spa services. Highly disappointed.
