Recommendedenvironment and staff was great but got my makeup done and it came out pretty bad, i had to take it all off and do it over. didn’t have the heart to tell the lady i did not like it!!!! i think venus should get actual makeup professionals in the studio and not just people who do hair and sometimes other people’s makeup. would be much better!!! other than that, really nice!

I buy gift certificates every year for massages for my husband and I. They can never accommodate my schedule. They don’t have 2 massage therapists at the same time, they’re booked for days I’m available. They sell thousands of dollars worth of services but don’t ever seem to have the time or staff to honor them. Time for me to find a different spa.
