We have lived at Venue Brookwood for approx. six months and absolutely love living here. The apartments were built as though they were condos, solid, no neighbor noise at all, beautiful interiors, walls of glass over looking pool below, looking out over fantastic skyline of midtown and downtown ATL, 24 hr concierge, fantastic, secure parking adjacent to elevator, 10' ceilings, and fantastic staff. They keep this place simply beautiful.
I moved in this summer and it has been a great experience. I have lived at numerous other complexes but non have been this well kept, nice smelling, wonderfully staffed and efficient! The leasing agents went out of their way to help to help with onboarding and still check in with me each time I walk by the office. It's a great community.
Living here has been a nightmare. I have even moved units because the woman living behind me was a constant weeknight party animal. New unit, same issue with loud, constant dog barking as well as late night disturbances. Building is well built, leasing staff is friendly, but I guess their hands are just tied. Absolutely no overnight security or staff of any kind as promised from the start. Highly disappointed in what deserves to be a great property.
A hidden oasis in the heart of Buckhead. I had the pleasure of touring Venue Brookwood. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I felt like I was home. The team is very warm and inviting, the property is beautiful, and the apartments are decked out. Hardwood floors, spacious units, and beautiful views of the city. Well worth the visit
Amazing for an apartment. They are nicer than most million dollar condos in Atlanta.
Not cheap at all, please come see when we open. The interior finishes include solar shades ( most communities use metal blinds) , quartz countertops ( as opposed to granite), stainless steel appliances, and upgraded tile floors.
