RecommendedI've have had a great experience living here since the beginning. The leasing agents were easy to work with and the front office is always so friendly. The building has been great and noise from neighbors has been minimal. Amenities are well kept and very nice
I love staying here at this property. Friendly staff and neighbors. So close to everything and really nice apartments. They have great amenities and also have events for residents in their lobby or sky lounge area. Nice place to stay!
This is an amazing property, I’ve been here for almost 2 years and it’s been great. The location, the amenities and the amazingly friendly staff Martha, Kelly, Michael,Derek and Sol are incredible! They always make sure you feel at home. The property is quiet and there really isn’t a lot of noise from neighbors to deal with! Most of the residents are families and it is just a really nice place to come home to. I highly recommend it.
Quiet property with mostly friendly neighbors and a great location. I have been living for almost a year and it has been an incredible experience with the amazing management staff that are always trying to make you feel like home. Love the amenities and how close it is to everything. I would highly recommend it. If you want great location, great amenities along with a really nice apartment this is your place.

This is NO LONGER a property I would recommend anyone to lease. The building is now INFESTED with ROACHES, not water bugs or palmetto bugs. It’s to the point where I see them in the hallways!
I love living at Venue Brookwood. They have nicely built units with great amenities. The location of these apartments is great, and the staff is wonderful.
One of the residential jewels of Atlanta. Venue Brookwood has some of the most professional and warm people I’ve met. Martha, who is the assistant manager of the property, has always made me feel more like a family member rather than anything else. Definitely a place to tour but more importantly, a beautiful place to call home. Come see for yourself :-)
My fiance and I love living here! The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful!
