The receptionists work just disgustingly! They are constantly rude, shouting and generally behaving inappropriately. Nobody cares about complaints, no one takes any action! The prices are high and the service is disgusting!
Best place to live in Aventura hands down PH is top notch
6:36 pm I have to leave the pool!!!!!!!! It’s a JOKE!!!!!!! People work at least until 6pm!!!!! You pay 2500 for 1b apartment and not even able to relax in the jacuzzi after work!!!! I know ALL residents complain about it! And you guys not even try to fix the problem. You just don’t care!
This place is a nightmare 😡😡😡😡 everything is broken all the time. they will tow your car immediately any chance they get, And everyone needs to know the pool has strict hours and nobody can give you answers😡, but the president lives above the pool area so he can watch you and complain every moment to security
