Just switched over to Venture from our previous pest company and couldn't be happier! The thoroughness that I received at the initial visit was tremendous. My follow up visit went just as well with all outside webs, nests, etc being taken down!
We have been using Venture for a couple of months and they have been great! They have always been on time and their treatments have been very effective!
We have been with Venture for about one month. So far we have been happy. The staff I've encountered have been friendly and helpful. I called to have a retreat on ants and they came the same day. I have been impressed with their quick customer service.
Venture's on-the-ground team is so polite and accommodating to your schedule. Special requests are encouraged and completed on time, every time. A courteous "knock on the door" is done every time to let them know you are there, along with a flyer indicating completion. Highly recommended!
