I'm satisfied - a Venture representative phoned me Tuesday morning and notified me it was time for our quarterly treatment. They were able to come out the next day and service our home. I had a time scheduled for the morning and they actually called me beforehand that morning to let me know the technician would be running late because of a problem with the truck. I had no problem with this and was extremely thankful they took the time to let me know rather than simply showing up later than expected. Very considerate.
We have had their service for 6 months and they have been responsive and on-time as scheduled, and have addressed issues immediately.
They have always been very professional and helpful. If I see a sudden change in pest problems they are very prompt to come right out

We have used them since we bought this house a year ago April. Our house is pretty much backed up to woods, so we were a bit concerned, but Venture has done an excellent job taking care of us.They always come when they say they will, and will come back anytime you need with no extra charge. We are very happy with the service we have received from them, and would highly recommend them to all.
