My first time visiting this office. Everyone was friendly and professional. Was told that someone would call me with results from a lab test by the end of the week. Nobody called. At 10 minutes before closing time I called them... Someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called back. Someone picked up the phone and hung up again. I'd like to give a shout out to Venture Medical and Associates, LLC for their taking good care of me! I was having a bad reaction from some medication that I was taking. I was disoriented and close to passing out, scared, I didn't know what was going on. They quickly took me in and ran tests to determine what was happening to me. Luckily it was not life threatening and after they determined the cause they treated me and made sure I was going to be ok and sent me back home. A BIG thank you to Dr. Estes and Jennifer!
My Mother recommended that I come here a few years ago and I was so impressed by the time they take to pay attention to my medical needs and they actually care...that I will NEVER see another Dr.'s office again!!! The entire staff is so pleasant and helpful! I just wanted to say thank you all so much and thank you Dr. Lewis for always making my sick days better bc you truly care for your patient's health and you do your job with a huge smile on your face and in your heart!!!
