Was told I would need to be seen by a doctor to have my prescription refilled...had an appointment at 8:15 in the morning, when I get there I am seen by Deb Prather for literally less than 2/3 minutes...despite only being there to get my prescription refilled, it still felt extremely rushed. 3:00 rolls around and I reach out to my pharmacy to make sure it’s been filled before I head to pick it up, only to be told by the pharmacist that the refill was never sent over in the first place. I want someone to contact me and give me info about my condition (which I’m in a lot of pain still) so I can proceed with a treatment direction and I’ve yet to hear anything. The supposed team lead extension “Amanda” seems to be a stonewall voicemail.
RecommendedVenture Medical is literally at the end of my neighborhood. I was feeling so bad that I could not make it to my regular provider who is about 45 minutes away. I’m a provider as well however they treated me as a patient. They took care of my immediate needs and while taking my history made sure that I had some important test done for my age such as a mammogram that I have put off for a while. I love this place. it has been a long time but I found my doctors office.
Had my bloodwork results at 3pm on a Wednesday. Doctor didn’t read them until 8am Thursday, then didn’t call to let me know he faxed in a prescription. I was miserable and could have started the antibiotics almost 24 hours earlier. Had my bloodwork redone 8 days ago and nobody has called me to let me know anything. Was my first and last time using this practice.
