I scheduled a tour a week in advance only for no one to be there when I showed up. I was early and even waited. My appointment was set for 4pm. Good luck tryna view the property 👍🏼
What cute set up they have seems like a quite neighborhood and small neighborhood which is nice . Anna the manager is very nice and has good customer service with good energy!
I have to say that I was taken aback by my experience at Venture! I went to a few complexes today, but if memory serves me right it was Anna that showed me around! She’s a one woman operation and she does it well! The property may still be new, but office staff can make or break a property regardless. The property is wonderful and clean with good landscaping and great views! Parking is 1 per apartment which is tough, but some do come with a garage which is nice!
