If you’re looking for the privilege of paying premium rent to live in a building that frequently smells like a neglected trash compactor, this is the place for you. The disconnect between what this community charges and what it actually delivers is astounding. The hallways are routinely filled with garbage odors, creating an experience that feels far more budget apartment than luxury community. My move in was so smooth thanks to Meg. She was fantastic from touring the property to being there whenever I needed a hand. The property itself is gorgeous. I love my apartment and everyone here has been so kind and helpful. There are so many wonderful amenities, and everything is so clean and kept. I am so glad I made the move to Venture Lake Julian!
