Leaving a neutral rating pending update. Applied for an apartment and paid the $325 in app fees. During the approval process I was told it was an income restricted apartment and I made to much. Did not realize this when applying and nothing stated said it was income restricted otherwise I would not have applied and spent $325 on fees. I have asked for a refund considering the miscommunication. I will update this review pending outcome.
