My move in was so smooth thanks to Meg. She was fantastic from touring the property to being there whenever I needed a hand. The property itself is gorgeous. I love my apartment and everyone here has been so kind and helpful. There are so many wonderful amenities, and everything is so clean and kept. I am so glad I made the move to Venture Lake Julian!

Update 4/17 /2026: My wife and I have been living here for 4 months now and I can honestly say I highly recommend VLJ for anyone looking for a great place to live. The biggest factor is the staff: from Meaghen up in the front always going above and beyond and helping with anything and any question, to the property manager Rod assisting and always having the office open for any assistance needed, to the maintenance tech Steve (the apartments are great quality and we have not required hardly any maintenance!) but when we have ... read more
I’ve had a really great experience living at Venture at Lake Julian. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the staff — they are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It makes a big difference knowing that management actually cares about the residents and is responsive when you need something. The amenities are another standout.
