It’s an awesome place to live. Erica and Andy were so helpful in Maximus and I settled into our new home. So happy we made the move. It’s great.
Not recommended. Walls, floors/ceilings are thin. Accounting issues. Staff made it difficult to get account straight. cooking smells in hallways. Bugs, although they spray all the time. Reviews can earn you some "venture" points toward a cash value. I think it is 5 dollars. lol
From the tour, the amenities and Staff it’s been Awesome. A special Thank you to Erica with working with Gary and I. We are beyond excited to be moving in October! Look forward to this Beautiful change in our lives...
We couldn’t be happier living in this spacious, incredible apartment. The staff is quick to help with any big or small issues that may arise or any silly questions that you may have!! The amenities are the best that we have seen around when looking for an apartment!!! Venture apartments is the place to live ��
