Beautiful Venture is amazing! Within 5mins of so many shops and walking trails! A beautiful place to live, friendly neighbors and the stall is a staff that you can bring any problem to and they are more than accommodating!
RecommendedGreat area, near work, lots of food and shopping, and just 30 or so minutes from Virginia Beach. Also, a very welcoming residence and apartment staff. In particular, Gabby Jurscaga, Leasing Specialist, has been extraordinary. Her professionalism, pleasantness, and responsiveness has made the experience that much sweeter!
This place is awesome! Lots of nearby restaraunts, huge dog park, friendly staff, the pool is amazing. I could go on for days. It's a great place to live.
It has been a very busy few weeks since arriving back in the US; however, our entire experience with the staff at Venture has been almost seamless to me. It a lot of pressure or emails to get us to move in. While we were overseas, Megan gave us a virtual tour of an apartment and yet we still were undecided on the location and wanted to check out other properties. We ended up coming right back to Venture. Thanks ladies. We are looking forward to living here.
Hey I just wanted to let you guys know that you all are amazing, I so appreciate everything you do to make living at Venture great. It's been such a solid living experience from day one. I was reflecting on that today both at the dog park and pool thinking of how perfect this place is. So thank you for helping make it what it is 🙏

Love my first apartment here at Venture ! It’s close to CNU . May favorite part is the pool and clubhouse area !
Best Apartment Complex EVER! Staff and residents are extremely friendly. Staff is helpful and extremely responsive. Residents and staff care about the property. The property is clean and free of dog poop. Yes, this property is extremely dog friendly and everyone picks up after their pets.
This place is Awesome!! It’s quite and beautiful. The pool is amazing with beautiful colors at night... what a view from my patio. I can sit there for hours!!
I love the apartment, amenities and the fabulous staff at Venture!
