Do not bother even looking here Do not bother renting from this company. Imagine if you will the worst possible way to treat a potential customer. Now triple it and you're roughly where MPM resides. From outright lies to shameful, disrespectful emails our experience had nothing but negativity. My gf's credit is stellar and mine was a bit shaky, but we had a co-signer ready to go. If you can afford it, this is a wonderful place to live. Great attention to detail in the apartments, nice amenities and the staff is very responsive and you can't beat the location.
We like Venture, Deaken's work is so good.
Very quiet in apartment. Regular scheduled maintenance on filters, etc. DB very friendly and helpful in office. Downsides are little parking options, no screens, some careless pet owners, hotel going up blocking previous views.
The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Management is very responsive and host multiple events throughout the year in the pent house for tenants to attend (wine tastings, trivia, etc.). If I have to be picky, the only thing that is frustrating is that the shower water pressure is connected to the temperature. Otherwise I love everything about Venture!
Best apartment I ever lived at! Best place ever. Great location, amazing building, friendly neighbors, and minutes away from everything. Plus, you can't beat being surrounded by farmers markets during the Summer and the fantastic penthouse community room views!
Venture It's a beautiful place to live! The rent is pretty high for a one bedroom. The benefits of a quiet area just outside the city are great. There are some awesome amenities as well. It's a lovely community!
