If you can afford it, this is a wonderful place to live. Great attention to detail in the apartments, nice amenities and the staff is very responsive and you can't beat the location.
We like Venture, Deaken's work is so good.
Very quiet in apartment. Regular scheduled maintenance on filters, etc. DB very friendly and helpful in office. Downsides are little parking options, no screens, some careless pet owners, hotel going up blocking previous views.
The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Management is very responsive and host multiple events throughout the year in the pent house for tenants to attend (wine tastings, trivia, etc.). If I have to be picky, the only thing that is frustrating is that the shower water pressure is connected to the temperature. Otherwise I love everything about Venture!
