I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Shepard and the office staff
Always satisfied with the doctor and his staff
My former doctor in this same practice recently retired and Dr. Shepherd was recommended to me by him, who I respected. I was not disappointed as Dr. Shepherd spent quality time with me getting to know me and my health issues. I had considered changing offices because of the distance from my home. After this last visit I changed my mind because of the quality time I spent with him and the genuine concern he had for me.
My primary was off the day I needed to have a last minute pre op surgery. Dr. Shephard was able to fit me in. Thank you!
I was called into the doctor's office within five minutes and waited very short time for doctor to come in. I like Dr Shepard. He takes time to talk and explain my concerns.
