I have no issues with the dr whatsoever. He is always attentive and easy to talk too. It is getting a returned call from the staff In their office that is frustrating. This is not a one time thing.
Dr. Shepard has great bedside manner. He is Thorough. I am glad he is my physician

We didn't have to wait for the appointment on the day off. Staff was nice. Doctor was personable and prescribed our necessary vaccinations explaining why some were needed and others were not.
Dr. Shephard and staff are well informed, easy to communicate with and always offer medical advice in a professional manner.
This was the first time that I met with Dr Shepard. I liked him very much. I usually prefer women doctors but I would like to switch to him going forward.
Although not my regular provider at this office, Dr. Shepard provided the same attentive care I have experienced for years at this office.
