My husband and I along with 2 Jack Russells and 2 cats live in a home that is over a hundred years old. Since I was pretty sure that the vents were never cleaned in our home, I thought it might be very beneficial to take advantage of this service. I must say that it was the best thing I could have done for my family. We were very pleased with the professional service we received from Vent Pro and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I had a great experience with vent pro. Very friendly staff. Everyone from the lady setting up the appointment to the technicians that came to our home. Everything was explained in great detail. I will admit, I was reluctant at first until I spoke with Deb in the office. She knew all the answers to my questions I had . She was very nice and helpful. Josh informed me of everything that was included in the offer I purchased plus recommend other services that would help with my daughter's and I allergies. We did before and after pictures. He made sure we were happy with the service. I am so pleased, I posted the before and after pictures on my Facebook page just so everyone knows how good of a job they do.

I recently purchased a new house and was aware that the previous owners had animals. I knew that animal hair got in vents but I had no idea until Vent Pro came and showed me the damage. Josh was very helpful with explaining what he was doing and why, My house is smelling better and I could not be more pleased with the service.

I was more than pleased with Vent Pro. Josh came out to take a look at the house, explained exactly what he was going to do, and showed us what our ducts looked like before cleaning (gross!). He was very friendly and informative. I got the ducts sanitized too and it left the house smelling clean!
This was the first time we got our vents cleaned since moving into our house. Josh was our service guy and he was great! He explained and showed us everything so well. My sister and I were watching our nieces and nephew that day and he was so good working around them and talking with my nephew! We will be using them again in the future!
