Josh and John came out to our house on Friday and did an amazing job! They were informative, professional, and very personable and respectful. We HIGHLY recommend Vent Pro!!!Very nice, very professional!! Vent Pro came out to my house and my mothers house on the same day. They were very nice and very professional. I have 3 dogs at my house and they didn't mind that one of my dogs is a stalker and wants to be right next to you no matter what you are doing. They also showed me the video of my air ducts, which were awful. The air flow in my house after having them come out is amazing. Also notice that I do not have to dust as much. I have recommended Vent Pro to a couple people! Thanks for an awesome job!
Highly recommend Vent Pro. Josh and John were the gentlemen who cleaned our air ducts and vents, they were very professional! We could already feel the difference in the air after only a hour into the cleaning process. We had our vents and furnace cleaned, also the dryer vent. They sanitized the air complimentary for our newborn, it kills germs, pet dander, allergens in the air, and also lasts for 6 months. The Vent Pro team just left. They were very professional, courteous and thorough. Using a camera they showed me what the ducts looked like before and after. They were very conscientious and wore booties over their shoes to make sure they did not track anything on the carpet. They explained each step and performed extra maintenance on a vent and a part in the furnace that was loose. I highly recommend Vent Pro and will call them back when I need this service again. If you have forced air heating and A/C you need to call Josh and get your ducts cleaned out. Very professional and reasonable. Call them.
