They did a thorough job going over the duct cleaning process and additional services that are available. I was shown before and after images indicating my duct work needed cleaning. They worked quickly and even cleaned the housing unit of my furnace at no charge. I felt that there was good value for the money spent.

This is the biggest scam, they advertise $100 duct cleaning but after all the hidden fees it will cost you over $500, they also broke almost every vent cover in our house. I ask a furnace repair guy what his opinion was on air duct cleaning and he said its throwing your money away so when he said that I did some research online and found a lot of information backing up his claim also Consumer report did a good article on duct cleaning and said its not necessary to clean ducts , This air duct cleaning is a big scam!!! We bought a quad city times "deal" $300 value for $100. They arrive and tell us we needed to pay an additional $468 to cover all the vents, etc. in our house. No one asked us how big our house was when we made the appt nor did they tell us that it was gping to cost more than the $100. We asked what the $300 covered and was told that price is for a 1000 Sq ft house. We think the job was done ok but we only received 4 pictures and no videotaping so we can't be sure whether all vents, etc., were cleaned thoroughly.

I have since notified the Times and told them that on the next deal that we run, they must indicate closer to the top of the deal what it covers, and also how much each extra opening is. After looking at the way they had the details worded, I also feel it should be more clear. Most of our customers with 1700-1900 sq ft homes have been covered by this deal.
