Purchased a medical alert bracelet with engraving, for my wife. When we picked up the item a few days later the phone number was incorrect. They said come back in a few days and they would correct it. Went back a few days later and the same error was still on it and was asked to make yet another trip to come back for it. Thankfully one of the gentlemen working said he would correct it while we waited. Also felt like we were treated rudely and profiled.
For my daughter's 16th birthday I got a compass in antique brass finish and Venier was recommended for doing good work with engraving. I'll let the photo speak for itself. I can't send this to her, the middle line is terrible. And I can't afford to replace it and start over either. Dunno what I'm going to do now.....
