After 3 months doing what was recommended by Venice Beach HRT my life has improved significantly. I went from almost no energy and terrible brain fog from my hashimotos, to actually being able staying up past 9 pm. My partner has even mentioned multiple times "are you ok?" because i have been able to get so much more done in a day than i used to! I am thinking more clearly and noticing my surroundings differently than before. At this point, ill do just about anything they tell me will help!
