I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. I was rushed out and my nails look like crap. I will never be back
I've been going in there for at least the last five years. Noticed a higher and higher amount of staff turnover. Today's experience was arguably the worst pedicure I've ever had! I won't be back.
This has to be the most ridiculous nail salon I have ever been to. I came in to get my nails done and not even two weeks later I’ve had to come back in to get them fixed as the nails have chipped, the color faded, and the overall shape has shown to be extremely uneven. I went in to see if they could correct it(my nails have gone a month and a half before I’ve needed to refill them) and the lady upfront said I would be charged because I didn’t come in immediately one week after getting my nails done. Worst fucking place ever, wasted money, judged because I’m a young mom, rudeness because their nail polish sucks ass & is old as shit because it doesn’t DRY!! THEY ONLY RINSE THE PEDICURE TUBS THEY DONT WASH THEM I SEEN IT ALL! Told me to get gel nails for that reason but I wanted polish because why the hell do i want gel nails, complained about the tip which is dumb because he didn’t deserve one.
Exceptional service. The owner is great. Dan is awesome. All the nail technicians do a great job! You won't be disappointed.
I have been there several times and have always been treated great. If I didn't understand what the person said someone else was there to explain.
So disappointed! Worse nails I've ever gotten! It took her 2 hours and she still left them really messy! Never coming back to this place. They don't even try to give you what your asking for!
