I have been a customer at this salon for over a year. While the nail services have been ok, I am very upset that one thing keeps reoccurring...I take the time to call days ahead to make an appointment with the technician I want on the date and time that works for me...when I go in at my appt time, that person is not available. Walk-in customers are being assigned to technicians without looking to see if there is already an appointment. I work full-time and I can't wait around.
