2 years ago I had the worst manicure. The lady left some threads from the towel she used on my nail and applied the polish. She refused to redo it right away. She was rude. Sophia was nice to help me.
I’m actually visiting from St Louis MO. I’ve gone to Venetian Nail Spa three times with my daughter!! All 3 times have been a wonderful and very relaxing experience. My nails have never looked better. They are very professional, courteous and accommodating!! I highly recommend this place!! �

The worst pedicure I have ever experienced. Would not recommend!
I’ve been going here for almost a year and the last time I was there for my mani-pedi I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time because they apparently take walk-ins over people who have made appointments! I’ve never seen a business run in this manner before. Then to top it off, when I was finally seated in the pedicure chair and taking my own nail polish off, my technician who was giving a pedicure to another lady told that client that I could just wait because his customers would wait for him! I love this salon! They’re always so friendly, and Kylie is amazing. She’s great with nail art and my nails are always beautiful 😍 The prices are pretty good, they’re not cheap, but 100% worth the price for the quality aaaand the free wine.
The place was so beautiful and relaxing. Very friendly environment. This is where I will come for my pedicures while I’m in Houston. Wonderful place!
There was a VERY rude, unfriendly and unwelcomed attitude from everyone in here. And the person that did my nails today, cut my fingers several times and did nothing... and the front desk staff was very rude today. Definitely will not be returning. Which is unfortunate, since I have been going here for years. I even took my bridesmaids here for a wedding shower... won't be coming back and I am disappointed I paid for such an experience today.
