Wanted to do something fun with my nails and Duke nailed it lol the shape and color was just what I wanted and he had endless patience with me while I chose the look I was feeling!

Sadly the 2 techs I usually have (Lauren or Ebony... who are amazing) were off today. Since I've had a few negative experiences here I asked for "someone really good." My experience was terrible. Sweet girl, but I ended up having to file my own nails and make my own decisions on every nail on length, shape, etc. Literally! And the yanking off of my cuticles... really???
