I've been going to Venetian nail in coral way for years. Unfortunately, they've hired some rude and incompetent staff, especially a so-called manager who’s named Valeria was there on the morning of October 22, 2025 when I went back the next day after getting my nails done because I needed to fix them; they were done really poorly by Odalys, terrible job. Man I wanted to love this place. I have been coming here for over 2 years now, and there were a few people here that did an EXCELLENT JOB...but if you don't get one of these people, you're rolling the dice. I just went in a few weeks ago for a hard gel mani. The same day the gel chipped off (it was very clear that they charged me for hard gel and did not actually apply hard gel). The service itself is good, but it’s really frustrating that they try to charge for absolutely everything. They wanted to charge $7 for a buffer that costs about $3 on Amazon — and when I tried to bring my own, they didn’t let me use it. It’s not about the price, it’s the principle. I come once a month, but it feels like they’re trying to profit from every little thing.
