Im so serious when i tell yu this, i had the worst experience here ever! God Awful, I never complain but my voice need to heard. when getting a pedicure she keot sying, frustrated and annoyed to do my nails.wait that isnt the best part, she would grab my legg hard and sweeze it and move and throw my foot down. I wish i got my money money back. NEVER WILL GO BACK!!!! Plus if you wanna pay 70 fir a Basic pedicure no massage or anything like that then u came to the right place
Would love to give them 5 star rating everyone was nice and they did do the job effectively and right but they never put the design I ask for I wanted a heart design on the nails and sadly I didn’t get but maybe nails are too small or whatever reason i feel like I should of been told that and not just leave and think everything Ok when when I get home there no heart if they told me before I left i wouldn’t be mad but I had to find out by myself over I guess they did there job just didn’t stick the landing not mad just disapp... read more
Fui por primera vez a este salon recomendada, me atendí con Niurka, ella hace las uñas para mi niña y para mí, muy dulce y cariñosa, nos hizo un trabajo espectacular, llevo 15 días con mis uñas puestas y las tengo intactas, muy buen trabajo, estuvimos en playa y ríos y siguen hermosas, de hecho mis uñas naturales me han crecido muchísimo gracias al cuidado que ella pone en su trabajo, sabe lo que está haciendo, trabaja muy bien y rápido. An employee randomly exploded on me and called over another employee when I kindly asked her to slightly turn down the power level on a tool since it was creating painful heat on my nails. 🤷♀️ I ended up just getting my previous set removed instead of getting a new set of nails because I was eager to get away from this person. Hopefully they will do something about the employee and make sure that employees are not acting CRAZY like this with customers. I told her I was getting married (within 2 days).
