First off, i’d like to say they have friendly customer service and responded to our inquiries very quickly . However, i’m not sure what happened with our order: Cake order was scheduled to be delivered via doordash at around 2pm on Sunday Aug 17. I received a text message that my order was picked up from the store and was on its way at 1:35pm. At 1:55pm I get another text informing me that the order was cancelled (??) Then the order was reassigned to another dasher at 2:25pm and was delivered at 3:28pm… again, not sure what ... read more
My bestie wanted a Pride and Prejudice quote cake for her birthday and Velvet Lane did not disappoint! The ordering process was quick and easy, and the member of staff I spoke to was very accommodating of my special request for the hand piped message. We ordered the lemon raspberry flavour and it was delicious and HUGE as you can see from the photos. Money well spent . Thank you for making my friend’s birthday extra special !
