Very amateur work. Had 2 different issues come up in the last 6 months. If your looking for professional work, this is not the person for you.
Called Rod on a Saturday evening at 8:30pm, he was here that Sunday at 2pm installing our gas oven-wall unit..... Great job!!!! I will defiantly call on him again!!! Thanks again Rod!!!
Mr. Velez responded very quickly to my urgent request to replace missing roof shingles after Superstorm Sandy. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and Mr. Velez was very professional and explained everything clearly. The price seemed a little high but he seemed agreeable when I asked if he could give me a discount if I hire him to install a new roof in the future.
Velez Home Improvements responded immediately to my e-mail request made on a Saturday afternoon. He called and we set up an appointment for Monday. He arrived ahead of schedule, provided sound professional advice based on a thorough assessment of the project, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We will consider VHI for future home improvement projects. He receives my highest recommendation.
Nice and reasonable contractor. The price he gave was reasonable. Ididn't have to negotiate. I like their policy to come up with reasonable and honest price and not to reap off the customers. This is the right way to do the business. also work time promised was reasonable and was in time.
They got it done that same day. Hope I am talking about the glass repair company based out of Plainfield.
Velez ,himself is good but I am not happy with his associate who did the painting of the ceiling.
Rodney was prompt, professional, and eager to please. I really appreciated his suggestions and patience. I would use his services again in a heartbeat. He takes pride in his work and isn't satisfied until his customer is.
They were on time, very professional. I will use them again. The final project turn out excellent. I will recommend them with my eyes closed. Very happy customer.
