They got it done that same day. Hope I am talking about the glass repair company based out of Plainfield.
Velez ,himself is good but I am not happy with his associate who did the painting of the ceiling.
DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL KILL YOU – Yeah, screw these people. We hired these rank amateurs to replace a hot water heater ruined by Hurricane Irene, and they put in a hot water heater but botched the job. We brought in a REAL plumber (these people are NOT qualified to do legal plumbing by the way) who said they hooked up wrong and it was pumping CARBON MONOXIDE into our house. Rodney was prompt, professional, and eager to please. I really appreciated his suggestions and patience. I would use his services again in a heartbeat. He takes pride in his work and isn't satisfied until his customer is.
They were on time, very professional. I will use them again. The final project turn out excellent. I will recommend them with my eyes closed. Very happy customer.
Rodney was quick to respond to the service request. He came the morning I called him within the time frame he said he would be there. He was polite and professional. He even insisted on cleaning up my kitchen floor after he was finished even though I told him I was going to scrub it anyway. I will certainly keep his card on hand for any future jobs that may come up. The only thing I would ask is that when he answered his phone he did not identify himself as the business and I almost hung up thinking I had the wrong number.
Rodney Velez is very prompt and professional. As a smart businessman, he give me a job quote within hours and worked as promised. He stepped into a part-done basement remodeling project. First contractor's car accident meant Rodney and his crew had to finish and they did a nice job putting up walls, windows, moldings, doors, ceiling, and painting. He also installed a tile floor and did a small plumbing job. Good suggestions. Fair prices. Wants you to be happy. I highly recommend Velez and will continue to use him.
roof and cement work fixed my roof..fixed my neighbors roof...water pours thru both now...does not respond to the problem. Next, fixed my concrete sidewalk (supervised by township code official); sidewalk done well. Fixed concrete slab in front of garage and house(no township code supervisor needed...terrible job). This appears to be a fly-by-night operation condoned by a company called Service Magic(nothing like the better business bureau!) Beware of both the above mentioned companies, and at least check on Better Business ... read more
