Mr. Velez was very thorough and explained the project thoroughly and answered all our questions. He is very professional and returned our call immediately. He did a great job with repairing our roof and fixing/repairing our chimney chase. His prices are reasonable and he backs his work 100%.
I wanted my den repainted while preserving the worn moldings throughout the room. The results were absolutely what I wanted and the den went from my least favorite to my favorite room in my condo. The job was completed in one day and below the original estimate. They also cleaned up the workspace. I would definately hire Velez Home Improvement for some of my other projects.

Rodney Velez was very expedient, maticulous and immediately recognized imperfections in my flooring and base mouldings that he was able to repair very quickly and made perfect. He was very professional and easy to work with and flexible with my scheduling requests. His pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and colleagues and plan to use him for future projects as a general contractor.
