Rodney Velez was very easy to work with. His workers came early and did what needed to be done. I was extremely happy with the service which his company provided.
Rodney completed a renovation project for me and his bid came in very fair compared to others. My job was finishing roughly 700 square feet of basement space, adding a 250 square feet addition on a second floor, adding Central Air, upgrading electric, adding bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms and egress window wells to a home built in 1947. The best contractor we worked with. Very decent and hard working, who does very good work, very good communication (especially via text msgs on anything we needed), fair prices, very flexible to adjust work based on our needs, good suggestions to make things even better. They finished a large 2,000 sq. ft. basement in 2 months!!! We will recommend him anytime and use him again.

i jad a wall oven stovetop and microwave put in my kitchen.The team was very couteous, they came in and started working. They cleaned up after themselves and places sll the old iyems outside. i would recommend there services to my friends.
I had initially checked with many Contractors/Handyman through my referrals but none was quite convincing in their responses. I contacted Velez after seeing great reviews and Velez did an awesome job with my new Microwave over the range installation. He called to let me know proactively that he'll be delayed by 15 - 30 mins, explained the installation process even the complicated steps(specific to my case) and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. Rodney and his team redid my kitchen, mud room and powder room. They were incredible to work with. The level of professionalism and the quality of the work... Unparalleled. I remained in my home during the renovation and he and his team were able to perform a full kitchen, mud and powder room remodel while keeping the level of disruption that I experienced to the bare minimum. I would certainly recommend Rodney and his team and would absolutely work with them again.
