Top notch Northwestern hospitals and clinics and they are so busy so far out in their appointments knowing we suffer from an illness. The receptionist said I am not going to do anything when I asked her to get my medical records from Ascension. Yesterday when I went to immediate care on Church Road in Aurora another employee laughed from the lab! That it was a well-known hospital and neurology may have many patients. I don’t need this type of care or customer service. This is how much this facitly cared for my well being!!!!
