Hello, thank you for seeing my mom in the Plant City Office (at Baycare Medical Arts Building) that was the first appointment, the second appointment we had to go to the Lakeland Office due to the Plant City Office now closed until further notice for a new Plant City Office to be opened elsewhere. Other than that, the services rendered by the Front Desk Receptionist, as well with the Medical Assistants and the Provider(s) were and did great. I had a great experience with the team at Vein and Vascular Experts. From the initial consultation to the vein ablation procedure, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel more comfortable. The ablation itself was quick and much easier than I expected, and the care I received throughout was excellent. I truly appreciate how attentive and supportive everyone was. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering treatment
