This place rescheduled my mother’s appointment THREE times so far without her knowledge. She had to leave early from work all the way from St. Pete just to come to this place in LAKELAND THREE times just to find out they just took her off the schedule without notifying her whatsoever. She also had to reschedule her dialysis to be here and this is how they treat their patients? Whoever is taking her off the schedule is extremely unprofessional and incompetent might I add. Great NP awful staff. No follow up been waiting 2 weeks to be scheduled for an ultrasound and they are blaming cigna. Cigna told me before I called them they haven't received anything from them. I called them twice and left messages to see where we stood with getting it scheduled and no return calls. They had my birthday wrong in the system, so they thought I was calling the place and questioned if I had really been seen by their doctors. DR. de-jesus is the best vascular doctor ever i left once but came back nobody is good as him. i really like him . i dont want no one else even tho i let my mouth overload my !!!!!!!!
