Not only would I recommend John and Ashley Lazosky, I have! They’re knowledge and professionalism made our selling and buying experiences so simple. If I wasn’t already in my forever home I would hire them again in a minute!
Ashley and John and their team worked hard to sell our house, then pulled off an amazing feat to help us buy a new one when we got into a deal with multiple offers. They communicate well and are considerate of our time and concerns.
Being from out of state I was extemely nervous about finding and purchasing a rental property. John was wonderful from the first inital visit and has contiuned long past my purchase. Not only did he find me a tenant the first day on the market but he also attended service appointments that I could not attend because I live out of state, which made the entire process very simple for me. That was above and beyond his duties as my broker and I look forward to working with him and his team again in the future.
John and Ashley are a great team to work with. They were quick to respond even when they were out of town. They quickly found an associate to show us the property we asked about.
John & Ashley went above and beyond in helping me find a house that was a great fit and were also able to help me secure it and an excellent price. Good not ask for better service.
Hard To Talk To, Listening Not A strong Point. Would Not Use Them Again !!! They're Associate Did All The Work. Ashley Was The Listing Agent And Only Saw Her Once, Never Even Spoke To Her After The Listing. John Tried BUT Did Not Help , Never Listened To Our Concerns

This client used an agent at our company that no longer works for Us. This review is inaccurate and false. The client successfully sold her house with our company for top dollar and bought another home successfully. Not sure why she was upset. Not our personal client.
John and Ashley were everything we expected them to be! They were helpful, understanding and got us exactly what we wanted. I would use them again in the future.
Excellent experience as buyers back in 2013. John is a great guy, very personable, knowledgeable, and best of all genuine. Not pushy or that fake ridiculous sweet patronizing that can be common with real estate agents. The whole experience was so refreshing when compared with other prior real estate experiences. Our purchase was also a lower end sub 200k property which makes the experience even more impressive.
