Very Positive – I moved into a complex they have over by Lake El Estero I lived there happily until an ex boyfriend found out I was living there and started trying to get back together with me I went to the office and they not only were understanding but they got me into a new place within about 2 weeks. This is a great office and they are very helpful and understanting about life even if they are all under 30. I give them 2 thumbs up!
Great-Love these girls – I came in to Monterey early on a Sat morning in June. I walked into a office with 3 girls that helped me figure out which place that was best and most convenient for me and for where I was going to be working. They answered all my question about the city, recreation, things to do, work, traffic, and so much more. Easy to work with, Helpful, and Very Accommodating – I came to them with very few days to find a place for my job transfer (Lawyer partnering with a new firm) They got me info on places, showings (with very short notice) to see the houses and e-mailed me a application. Worst Property Managment Company Ever – The two sisters that run the office are completely unprofessional. We were lied to about the condition of the home, we were charge over $3,000 deposit, with an additional $1,300 deposit needed. Before we were even given keys we had to pay an additional $2,150 for a full months rent, even though we moved in on the 11th of the month. All around good people – I moved up here from LA for work at CHOMP. They were very flixible in helping me find a place that was near my work and in my price range since I had no idea coming from LA what to expect. I have been there for about a year and had my first maint. issue that they got taken care of for me same day while I was at work. I reccomend them to anyone.
