I cant understand the bad reviews I rent from them and they always are quick to respond, answer all my questions, helped me with my roommate and always have maintenance to me within a day. The girls in the office are always so nice and friendly and they are available 24/7 - NOT an answering service but someone from the office in an emergency you call the directly and someone responds. I have had bad managers before and Vega is not one of them.
Please, please, please! If you have any respect for yourself, your physical and mental health, do NOT rent from these trashy people. They lie constantly, make up stories about tenants so that they can kick them out and then rent the unit at an higher price to someone else. Ask around and see how many tenants they kicked out right before December 31st 2019, ironically just before the "Just Cause" law came into place. At Vega Investments, the entire staff works overtime to keep everything running flawlessly. They're proactive and considerate, especially for individualized needs. Candice (the blonde) is an angel, a one of a kind person who is not only gracious in her approach, but goes out of her way to keep everyone cared for. Busy office, but I must say they were very good about helping me find a place. I put in an application for one of their properties and heard back within the week that I had been approved, and signed the lease shortly after. They were really helpful with working around my schedule. I was able to sign the lease on Saturday and move in. Very pleased with my experience thus far!
Great Property Managment company. I’ve rented from them for a while now and have had no problems. They make renting smooth and easy.
I have rented from Vega 3 different times at 3 different locations. Every time was a great experience. Always got my deposit back minus carpet cleaning, which I knew I was going to be charged for. Couldn't recommend a better management company.
